The captain let us know we’d be entering the Gorges early in the morning, so we took our positions on the rail at daybreak. The views did not disappoint, as we shared the mountain valleys with various cargo ships and barges steadily making their way down the Yangtze River toward the huge dam. The original watercolor is available unframed, shipping included.
