Artist's Description
Even after several trips into Joshua Tree National Park, the landscape seemed entirely strange; even other-worldly. The bizarre rock formations stack in impossible balance, accentuated by the harsh desert sun. Husband and son stride out ahead, eager to see what’s around the next bend, while I hang back and enjoy the weird-to-me plants and rocks. The shadows from the figures fall against the rocks and merge into one shape. Original watercolor available matted and framed to 16 x 20, shipping included.
