Our greeting cards are 5" x 7" in size and are produced on digital offset printers using 100 lb. paper stock. Each card is coated with a UV protectant on the outside surface which produces a semi-gloss finish. The inside of each card has a matte white finish and can be customized with your own message up to 500 characters in length. Each card comes with a white envelope for mailing or gift giving.

Two regulars at Nora's Fish Creek Inn in Wilson, Wyoming put their heads together over a newspaper at the counter. The many Tiffany-style lamps provide a glow and cast shadows into the corners of this historic log cabin establishment.
In order to create the dim lighting effect of the restaurant interior, I used a mask-and-pour technique. Pouring liquified pigment encourages the colors to mix on the paper and creates large gradient washes, suggesting space, atmosphere, and detail. The viewer's eye is drawn to the area around the subjects' heads while the periphery fades into the background.
The original was in the 149th American Watercolor Society Travel Exhibit, and received the Fred E Albrecht Award; and received First Place at Florida Suncoast Watercolor Exhibit, 12/14; Dean Mitchell Juror.
1/2023 Kris' award-winning paintings and articles have been featured in Watercolor Artist, International Artist, and American Artist Watercolor magazines, as well as several editions of "Splash, the Best of Watercolor."
